Registration Policies

• Registration is reserved exclusively for Franchisors 
• Your registration includes a free subscription to Franchise Update Magazine, Franchise Update Sales Report eNewsletter and related information
• If you are a supplier, consultant, professional service provider, or  otherwise support the industry, you must be a conference sponsor to attend. To learn more about becoming a sponsor email sales@franchiseupdatemedia.com for more information. 

Cancellation, Refund, & Substitution Policy

• We will accommodate substitutions up to 2 business days prior to the event. Substitutions will not be allowed on site. Please email fldcconference@fumgmail.com and provide the name, company, and email address of the registration you would like to substitute. 
• Please provide cancellations to Franchise Update Media in writing by Friday, September 12, 2025 to fldcconference@fumgmail.com. 
• Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee per person. After September 12, 2025 no refunds or credits will be issued.

Group Rates (available starting 8/19)

• Group discounts are ONLY available starting 8/19 for Regular Rates

• For groups of 3 or more, contact us for a special group code PRIOR to registration of your group. Groups must register together in the same transaction to take advantage of discount.

Sponsor Additional Company Representative Registration Policy

• All company representative registrants must be salaried employees of the sponsor/exhibiting company. Third party consultants can only attend as suppliers and must be sponsors of the conference to attend. 

Fractional Employees Registration Policy

• "Fractional" employees are not eligible to register as a franchisor for the Franchise Leadership & Development Conference (FLDC). A "Fractional" employee is defined as an individual who works part-time or shares their role with other companies and is not a full-time, dedicated employee of the franchisor.
