food and fun.
How well does your sales process measure up? Posing as ideal franchise candidates,
the franchise brands of conference attendees are mystery shopped via their
websites and on the phone. Franchises are ranked on their sales process according
to best practices for lead recruitment. Winners are announced at the banquet.
