Exhibit hall sponsorships include one 6' table (draped) for your company in the networking area. While acceptable at our Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, FLDC Sponsor Networking Area table space does not allow for any booths and they will not be permitted. Table tops are welcome but signage on the table or behind it is limited to a total of 6 ft in width and height and 12" in depth. Please note: signage associated with your table cannot obstruct the view of neighboring tables. Banners or signs cannot be hung from hotel walls or ceiling.

Audio/Visual, Internet and Electrical Services

Please use InterContinental Hotel Exhibit Order Form to order these services. Fax to (404) 946-2825 att: Marieme Diop by September 30 in order to avoid late fees.

Shipping and Storage

Due to limited storage, packages should not arrive earlier than October 10. The following charges will apply: $5.00 per box under 25 lbs, $25.00 per box between 25-50 lbs and $35.00 per box over 50 lbs. Pallets are assessed a rate of $150.00 per pallet. Boxes arriving prior to October 10 and stored more than 2 business days past conference dates are subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per box per day.
